  • Fair consignment and selling rates
  • Shipping or delivery of sold items to auction buyers at no cost to the seller
  • Access to an auction venue with over one million pre-approved bidders ready to buy
  • Use of an online bidding platform with secure payment options
  • Detailed, itemized list of all items sold, included with payment by mail
  • Professional photography, listing, and advertising of items to help ensure a strong sale outcome
  • Coordination with an attorney, estate planner, or realtor as needed

    OUR SELLING FEES:
    Selling fees cover everything required to complete an auction or estate sale. There are no extra charges for photography, labor, travel, advertising, or expertise—everything is included in a single fee to help save money. Lucinda & Dave

  • Gold coins or Gold/Platinum jewelry
    20% for gold coins or wearable jewelry; broken or scrap pieces are welcome (must have 5 pieces or more for this rate)
    •         Silver coins 20% for pre-1965 silver coins, dollar coins, half dollars, quarters, and dimes (must have 10 lots or            more for this rate)
  • Sterling Silver
    20% for larger single pieces or sets, including flatware, bowls, trays, platters, tea sets, and more (sets, partial sets, and mixed group lots)
  • Consignment items
    35% for items brought to the auction hall (appointment required to drop off items; please call for availability).
  • Consignment items 
    50% for items picked up by the crew at a home or business, ideal for those unable to transport items. Perfect for partial estates or collections.
  • In-home estate sale (multiple-day live attendance) or downsizing online auction 
    45% of the total sale. Unsaleable or unsold items will be left behind for the client to dispose of or donate. Keep in mind most of our sales sell out at 99% to 100% We can arrange a free visit to view your items or you can click room shots and send the photos to our phone or email address.
  • In-person auction on your premises
    25% to 40% sliding fee, depending on the estimated total sale (this type of sale is not suitable for every situation)
    • *       Reduced rates may be available for high-end collections or rare, hard-to-find items.
