OUR SELLING FEES: Please note that our selling fees include everything needed to complete your auction or estate sale. There are no additional costs for photography, labor, advertising or our expertise we include everything into one fee to save you money. We offer special rates for quality items of interest that may not be listed below. Please consider us for your auction or estate sale needs: - Silver coins
dated pre 1965 dollar coins, half dollars, quarters, dimes 20% ( must have 10 lots or more for this rate) - Gold coins or Gold/Platinum jewelry
wearable or broken scrap 20% (must have 10 pieces of more for this rate, lotted items count as 1 item) - Sterling Silver
flatware sets, bowls, trays, platters, tea sets etc. 20% (larger single pieces, sets, partial sets or odd grouping) - Consignment items
brought to our hall for auction by you 35% (appointment needed to drop off items please call for availability) - In-home estate sale (multiple day attendance)
45% (we make house calls to determine if your sale can be added to our schedule) - In-person auction on your premises
